“Ray Remos, Store Manager at Verizon in Winter Haven provides Customer Service that is "Top-Notch". He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, reassuring and helpful and so polite. He made sure that we were completely happy with our new purchase. He explained everything in detail and assured us that if we have any additional questions, he would be happy to further assist us. We did not feel rushed even though Ray had customers waiting. He gave us his full attention for which we are thankful. Thank you Verizon for employees like Ray Ramos. In today's rushed environment, it is reassuring meeting a star Employee like Ray that will take the time to help his customers with a smile and reassuring voice.”

“This is not a corporate Verizon store However it is an exceptionally good store The employees are very friendly they go the extra mile without making you feel like you are taking up their time I'm big on customer service and I consider this a plus They open door and greet the customers at the door and when it's time to leave they open the door again for the customer.”

It took a very long time because of an error on the part of the other carrier. Barbie and Lesly were persistent and patient with me. I worked with Will and Shelby took care of me so well that I ended up with a tablet and a watch while saving money by switching over. This staff is the most accommodating and kind I have ever met at any phone store. 10/10 would recommend coming here over any other location!!”
