“I went to this location in Lake Whales. There an associate Brandon was very helpful and saw that I was upset with what I had done. I try to transfer phone to my spectrum account but what happened was the representative on the phone gave me a code for number transfer. Well I didn't know phone was locked. So the store representative was very nice and customer service oriented and was able to calm me down and get my.number and service back to Metro Pcs. Thank you once again”
