If I could give him a 6 out of 5, I would. *The* best customer service experience I have had in a very long time, and I have had some excellent reps before today. We worked through each of the problems I faced and resolved every one of them in turn. He was patient, never stopped trying to figure out workarounds when we hit a block of some kind, and I ended up with exactly what I wanted. Very competent guy. Another rep named Will helped at one point in the process, and he was excellent, too, but Kevin was simply superlative. A bulldog --- nothing stopped him. :-))”

I try to transfer phone to my spectrum account but what happened was the representative on the phone gave me a code for number transfer. Well I didn't know phone was locked. So the store representative was very nice and customer service oriented and was able to calm me down and get my.number and service back to Metro Pcs. Thank you once again”
