Truist is a bank with great customer service and helpful, friendly, and engaged staff. Many clients report being very pleased and happy to be clients. The staff are described as competent professionals, wonderful, efficient, sweet, empathetic, and very kind. They are understanding, go the extra mile, and answer all questions to quickly resolve issues. The lobby is always clean. However, this location does not have a drive-thru teller, only a drive-thru ATM that dispenses twenty-dollar bills and cannot provide change. Sometimes the tellers inside are very busy, leading to wait times of twenty to thirty minutes.
