“Paris was amazing! I came into McKinley feeling exhausted and defeated as I tried to get a family of 3 approved for a unit somewhere. The family had been experiencing denial after denial at different properties due to not being able to meet rental income criteria. Although the family was denied at Paris’s property, she didn’t stop there or give up. Paris was patient, compassionate and considerate. She went above and beyond to find a sister property of Mckinley that the family would meet the criteria of. Thanks to Paris’s hard work and diligence to go above and beyond for this family, they were able to sign their lease today and move into their new home today. They are no longer homeless and this family has a place to call their own that they can afford comfortably. Thank you Paris for being amazing and honestly just being you! My organization will definitely be referring more families and clients to McKinley just because of Paris! Job well done!”

“First off, Peggy W. will keep you on track to pay deposits, understand your lease agreement and set up mailing, etc. She will greet you every time with a warm tone and willingness to help. Leila will listen, validate your thoughts and, direct you to the right person and/or resources while maintaining the calmest voice. Eric, maintenance supervisor will come to your aid as soon as you need him. Elisa is THE boss lady- Maintenance supervisor galore. This lady walks and talks like a boss. She will walk in, ask you what you need, get it fixed herself if needed, and make calls to get things done for your apartment. I had a concern about moisture in the vents, and she took all necessary steps to get us taken care of. She is also very knowledgeable about the city and its surroundings. The view is spectacular. The grounds are very, very, very well kept. I noticed, even the outside trash bins were in order. This morning, they were cutting the hedges. This place... I tell you... it's one of the best that I have seen. I have not met all the staff, but based on the ones I met, this place gets an A in my book.”

“I've been living here since 2014 and have found WPO to be a wonderful community of people. The grounds are always kept clean, the apartments are spacious, and the over-all living experience is rather quite neighborly and warm. Maintenance seems to have improved with the new management, and the over-all ambiance is friendly, safe and welcoming. Office management is friendly, helpful and courteous [the new management].”
“Where can I start about these amazing apartments. Everything is amazing from the Property manager Lattice(misspelled her name) my apologies. To the front desk assistant Amber, whenever there is a problem. They do there very best to fix it. And if unsure of the problem. They keep in communication with you until the problem is solved. And the maintenance staff is amazing if you see them. And ask them for help they are fast at responding. And if the problem takes more time they will keep you posted.Unsure of his name but there is one maintenance worker. That wear glasses he is awesome always happy and ready to fix any problems, he shows awesome customer service. And treat your problem like it's his. Tuscany at Aloma is truly a hidden gem. And it is a safe and nice area to raise your family.Been living here five years and every problem I have been fixed. And happy to call them home for my family.”
