“Altamonte location was amazing I had Josh as my sales rep. He was great I purchased a dishwasher and a stove. The store gets 5 stars. But why I have 4 stars is because the delivery was disappointing. The delivery guy was nasty from the start when he called about delivery time. He acted as he didn’t want to be bothered. Then when he delivered my items I paid for installation for the dishwasher all he did was come in my kitchen and look and said I can’t install that kit will not fit. You need to get a plumber my plumber can and everything that I purchased he used and install with no problem. I did receive my $135 for installation back. But don’t even bother with having the delivery person install. Just get your own private person. That is the only reason I gave them a 4.”

He understood my needs and offered great advice. No matter whom I spoke with when I called with questions, every one was friendly and jumped right in to help. The delivery and installation crew were just as diligent and skilled. A full kitchen remodel can be daunting but I did not stress at all knowing Southeast Steel was handling the appliance part.”

“I brought several 4X10 sheets of Galvanealed steel for them to cut up into 16 different dimensions. about 16 different rectangles with all different sizes needed to be cut out of these sheets. They measured and cut them all perfectly, the price was great, And they were able to get it done quickly. I wish I had more metal projects so that I could work with them again. Super duper recommend them”

“Beware when buying large appliances we got our air conditioner installed this weekend and discovered it was 6 years old and the compressor doesn't work right. Also no working electric carts for the handicapped. Assistant Manager suggested that we bring it back for a refund. That's no help since we paid someone $150 to install it.”
“As a service plumber, I’m calling Ferguson almost on a daily basis. The guys in Altamonte are always in a good mood and ready to help with whatever is you’re looking for. I see a lot customers go there that aren’t plumbers and they give them the same respect and time as the people that are in there regularly.”

“Normally I try to do most of my shopping outside of home Depot as I have had poor experiences in the past with the large warehouses and waiting for service in aisles for well over 30 minutes after having spoken to someone who will send another person over. Today was not one of those days. Thank you to Dejuan at the front for customer service was extremely kind and human in his interaction with me to swap out some lightbulbs when I made a wattage mistake. It was fast and it was simple but he made a great first impression and helped me out with something in a store where it hasn't been the same previously.”

He was also very patient with all my questions and & Concerns. He got me out of there in about 10 minutes. Thought I’d be there a couple of hours looking for everything.
