“We have had our JP1100 for a couple of years now and are still learning about its many features.
This truly is a whole body massage chair that can massage your back, shoulders, arms, waist, legs and feet with automated or customized routines.
Some massage chairs have four or five automated programs. The JP1100 has twenty. Some are for the whole body others are for the neck and shoulders or lumbar region. In addition, for each automated program you can combine mechanical kneading massage with air massage among other things.
Customized routines with either the mechanical rubbing balls or air or both are possible to construct to suit whatever area needs individual attention or just a longer massage.
All of the capability and flexibility means this chair costs more than other less capable chairs, however the build quality is top notch and the precision engineering means we can look forward to many years of use.
If you want a massage chair to make you feel invigorated and energized, and money is no object, you would do well to give the JP1100 some serious consideration.”

“Update: Ordered a 13ft Jack Skellington animatronic decoration on October 13. Got emails saying it was received and when it was delivered and being prepared to be picked up. Called today and found out that first order was cancelled I guess when I ordered it but second time went through but generated two different order numbers starting with same letter. I got super bummed and ended up issuing a refund for it and leaving a bad revue. Upon receiving a text just now saying my order was ready, I was confused and called in. Turns out the second order went through and it actually arrived, which is great!Word to the wise, look up your order by your name not your order number. Thanks to customer service for straightening it out.”
