“We installed a new pump etc. in our 9 year old bed and we called Albert at the W.P. Store. He helped us so very very much and was so easy to talk to and to instruct us. It’s like we have anew bed. It works great thx to Albert. There’s a lot of people at work that do not care if you are helped or not but he is certainly not one of them. He was very eager to help my husband and me. “I didn’t know much about the sleep number beds but my chiropractor recommended them. I went to the winter park store where Shawn met me with a big smile. His knowledge and patience was very much appreciated. He assisted with finding my sleep number and I purchased a bed and he helped me set up delivery. My husband at the time couldn’t go with me so a couple of days later he went to the store and Shawn helped him find his sleep number as well. Shawn is a very helpful and great asset to this company.
