“Employees were really nice. My family went in the store to go see it possibly upgrading mattresses. We’ve been customers for over 12 years now and the guy Andrew inside the store was super nice. We spent about an hour talking to him. He was explaining all the features of the mattresses to us he was very nice Not very pressured sales at all.”
“We installed a new pump etc. in our 9 year old bed and we called Albert at the W.P. Store. He helped us so very very much and was so easy to talk to and to instruct us. It’s like we have anew bed. It works great thx to Albert. There’s a lot of people at work that do not care if you are helped or not but he is certainly not one of them. He was very eager to help my husband and me. “I didn’t know much about the sleep number beds but my chiropractor recommended them. I went to the winter park store where Shawn met me with a big smile. His knowledge and patience was very much appreciated. He assisted with finding my sleep number and I purchased a bed and he helped me set up delivery. My husband at the time couldn’t go with me so a couple of days later he went to the store and Shawn helped him find his sleep number as well. Shawn is a very helpful and great asset to this company. “I bought my last mattress online (worst mistake) and I’ve been putting off buying a new one for years. Finally dragged myself to this store and I’m so happy I did because Crystal made everything so easy for me. She was knowledgeable, didn’t overwhelm me with choices and was very patient with my indecisiveness lol. She made sure I left happy, and after suffering from horrible sleep for so long, I’m happy I didn’t also have to suffer bad customer service. Thank you Crystal, so excited for this mattress!”
