On one of the vehicles the auction had missed a few minor issues on the Escalade and Rey went above and beyond with his connections to get the items fixed under warranty at the Cadillac dealership. “Scheduled appointment for replacement of two tires at 1:45pm on a Tuesday. Checked in at 1:30pm (no line) and was told it would take 1.5-2hr. I was called to pick it up at 2:30pm. Went back, waited in line, and was told to pick up keys you actually just go to the back on your own and ask for the keys.

“I had to take a work trip to Fort Lauderdale and the day before I was scheduled to leave, my rear tire went flat. I had to get it replaced in the middle of a Sunday, ready for my drive the next morning. Jonathan, at Mavis Tires, got me in and out, replaced my tires w such efficiency. When I told him that I HAD to have the work finished that day, as I was driving out @ 3a he said “ we will stay open until we get you taken care of“. I will be a return customer and thank you for such excellent service!”
