The two stores closer to us did not have the phones we wanted in stock, so we called and confirmed this location had them.
Juan helped my husband and I upgrade our phones and was so patient! He was laid back but still professional, and made us feel like we were having a conversation with a person rather than being talked at by a robot employee only worried about the sale. He was very knowledgeable and kept us informed of all of our options and the fees included.
The store manager, Neil, was also very polite and helpful. When we went back to return our old phones he provided us with all the pricing information again, and made sure we understood everything. They are an awesome team and are very personable. Such a fantastic experience!

We went shopping on Saturday July 5th 2025 for upgrades on our Samsung cell phones and purchased the newest Samsung S25 Ultra!
