He did the work right in front of me and it was literally fast. My iPhone 12 is now working in great condition. I recommend you to come to the store and get your phone repaired. “This was the BEST! experience my wife and I ever had at a Verizon store! We went shopping on Saturday July 5th 2025 for upgrades on our Samsung cell phones and purchased the newest Samsung S25 Ultra! We had the most wonderful representatives to help us from buying the phones and setting them up! They went so out of their way for us in everything we questioned and needed! I have to honestly say, we were never ever treated as phenomenal as we were that day by any other Verizon store that we dealt with in our past. I highly commend Maria Sanchez and Antonio Halabi for their outstanding patience, and knowledge in every regard of this transaction, including their professionalism, friendliness and respect in all regards of this purchase. They didn't miss a thing, and best of all they did everything with a smile, never a frown! They were just absolutely beautiful people! “Our Meeting OWL Pro broke. We didn’t know if it could be fixed, but we took it to the uBreakiFix in Winter Springs, FL, and it turned out that a connecting port was bent. The technician made the repair, added some solder to provide strength, and we tested it out, all for a reasonable price in about 25 minutes. We are very pleased.”
