He did the work right in front of me and it was literally fast. My iPhone 12 is now working in great condition. I recommend you to come to the store and get your phone repaired. The two stores closer to us did not have the phones we wanted in stock, so we called and confirmed this location had them.
Juan helped my husband and I upgrade our phones and was so patient! He was laid back but still professional, and made us feel like we were having a conversation with a person rather than being talked at by a robot employee only worried about the sale. He was very knowledgeable and kept us informed of all of our options and the fees included.
The store manager, Neil, was also very polite and helpful. When we went back to return our old phones he provided us with all the pricing information again, and made sure we understood everything. They are an awesome team and are very personable. Such a fantastic experience!

“This was the BEST! experience my wife and I ever had at a Verizon store! We went shopping on Saturday July 5th 2025 for upgrades on our Samsung cell phones and purchased the newest Samsung S25 Ultra! We had the most wonderful representatives to help us from buying the phones and setting them up! They went so out of their way for us in everything we questioned and needed! I have to honestly say, we were never ever treated as phenomenal as we were that day by any other Verizon store that we dealt with in our past. I highly commend Maria Sanchez and Antonio Halabi for their outstanding patience, and knowledge in every regard of this transaction, including their professionalism, friendliness and respect in all regards of this purchase. They didn't miss a thing, and best of all they did everything with a smile, never a frown! They were just absolutely beautiful people! We were here for 3 hrs and he was very patient with me, my son and my parents. He was able to assist me with merging our separate accounts and was able to add a lot of promo deals so our bill was lower as well!
