“I went into this particular store this week for the first time. Usually, I use another store in Oviedo but they’re never overly friendly. I was casually looking for an upgrade for my phone.
I ended up buying the upgrade even though Apple didn’t offer the colors I wanted in the Pro Max. I’ll save that one for my Apple review!
I was working primarily with Mathew with assistance from Alejandro.
I happen to mention that my AT&T U-verse bill, which I basically love, is ridiculously high. Between the two of them, they found all kinds of ways to help me reduce my bill. They actually got me to convert to DIRECTV which I was holding off on. I hate the hassle in moving services. However, the bill was so much cheaper with better service I couldn’t pass it up. In no way were they trying to push anything on me but they were so customer focused (vs. sales) that I couldn’t pass it up. I don’t take well to salesy type people and the way they kept the focus simply on the customer is what sold new products and services to me
There were a lot of issues on the backside, trying to convert the service over. It was not the store’s fault because it was clearly from the direction and processes they were getting from their internal support. Mathew literally spent hours over two days dealing with them. They ended up messing up the order. However, Mathew went way over and above to make sure I had at least a temporary solution over the weekend. Giving and receiving outstanding customer support has always been extremely important to me. Mathew was perfection plus. I’ve never used those words before.
I used to work at AT&T so I will always be a customer of ATT. However I will now be going to the Oviedo store on Mitchell Hammock road. What makes this store so outstanding is how the staff worked together as a team. Alejandro went over and above as well to provide additional support for me.

For someone who worked in the HRIT area with executives on how to build a high performing workforce (staff), such as seen in this store, is quite a compliment. I have seen it all.
Again, I cannot thank Mathew and Alejandro for all that they did for me last week.Their leadership should be quite proud.”
