“I buy all my cat food here, they will order whatever you need. They don't normally carry what I use in stock so this is very convenient. I hate ordering canned cat food for shipment through online sources as it always shows up damaged. Pacino's will order for you and the cans are always in perfect condition. They order weekly if you have your order in by Monday it usually comes in by Wednesday afternoon. I'm glad to do business with a local shop too.”

“Fernando boarded my pet grey for more than 6 months and cared well for her. He is a great person, don’t judge book by the cover is applicable here, he does things by the book and is reliable. Even agreed to take my bird for vet visits and for the health certificate as extra service despite being busy! He also put leg band on her without any issues. He also recommended a person who agreed to transport my bird from FL by road which takes 2-3 days and it worked well for me. I highly recommend his store.”

“I have to say, this store has some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! My husband and I were in a rush to get our girl, Lilo, groomed, and they truly went above and beyond for us. They were able to squeeze us in and make what felt impossible happen.
The entire staff and our groomer were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring. The store itself is absolutely adorable, and Lilo came out looking beautiful and so happy!

“The guy who helped me out was very friendly, although they didn't have the product I came there for he helped me find a different one. And while I was on the phone with my husband he started playing catch with my sons with a doggie tennis ball and it was really cute. The animals that seem to be in healthy condition and you don't get that weird pet shop smell when you walk in.”

They got onto me about using that terminology (male/female). I was baffled. That employee no longer works there now and havent had an issue similar, anywhere, ever.”

I drove 40 minutes to this store for the new country organics chicken feed. Only a few places in central Florida carry it. I was pleasantly surprised at how organized and clean the store was. “Carter and the crew at PetSmart in Casselberry are the best. They know I'm on a tight budget but still want to feed my two dogs and cat the right food, and they actually help me figure out what works for what I can afford. No pressure, no upselling — just real help.
And they're fun. They laugh, they joke around, they actually look like they enjoy their jobs. It's so different from every other pet store or big box place I've been to. Makes me want to keep coming back.

“Edit: Staff was very prompt to reach out after reading this review. They apologized and explained that their deliveries are handled by a third party company and they (clearly) weren’t doing their part. They assured they’re looking into it and compensated me for the inconvenience.
UNRELIABLE. I ordered from them because they had great reviews and the price and quality of their products seems to be good. However my order was supposed to get here March 3rd, never arrived. After calling and messaging I got told it would arrive on the 9th… It never showed up and no one informed me it wouldn’t be here so I could plan accordingly. After messaging and calling several times and no one answering or calling me back with an answer I was told it would be here the 12th or 13th. It’s the 12th at 4:45 and no sign of my food being delivered and I get a text message informing me that it won’t be here until the 14th. At this point I’ve had to spend a fortune feeding my animal from grocery store meats so she won’t go hungry obviously. All they offered was $20 off the next delivery fee. What a joke. If you can wait until they decide to finally deliver your food go ahead, but if you need your food by a certain date, specially if you’re on a budget and not trying to spend tons of extra money while you wait for them to finally remember to deliver your food, this place is not for you. If you do, be prepared to have to message and call A LOT to get an answer from anyone if something is wrong with your order.”
