“This is an amazing facility...that has a good amount of equipment, indoor track, multiple training rooms for group classes and a great staff. The facility is clean and modern, with plenty of parking. They also do a good job of keeping the equipment in good working order. I do wish they would add a smoothie/coffee bar as I feel it would do very well and the profits could go to fund Y programs. Net is you cannot go wrong by joining this facility.”

“This place is great! Fantastic equipment and an amazing collection of fitness machines and weight lifting contraptions. The app is great, too! Gives you a custom (yes, CUSTOM!!!) workout set each week based on the goals and fitness level you provide in the questionnaire. The staff is friendly and it's rarely crowded. I love it!!”
