From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and friendly attitude that instantly made me feel welcome. I needed to exchange 23 items, and what could have been a stressful process turned into a completely hassle-free experience because of her professionalism and kindness.
Not only did she handle my exchange with ease, but when I came back to purchase my exchanged items, she greeted me again with the same bubbly, positive energy. It’s rare to find someone who can maintain such a warm and genuine attitude while providing excellent customer service.
Aaliyah truly went above and beyond and made me feel valued as a customer. Employees like her are the reason people return to a store. If she’s working, I’ll gladly shop during her shift every time! Dollar Tree is lucky to have her.

“Never been in here before but was in last week. Great meats and prices most of them! Delicious ribeyes for the best price I have ever seen and quality meat! We got a whole chicken for less than $9 and it was BIG ?Great veggie selection and some fruits too! I will be coming back? Fast service in checkout and friendly employees! And we bring our own bags which is best they’re sturdy and big and yes you have to pay for bags it has a price for the plastic bags so there’s no confusion. I understand why they charge for bags because reusable are way better and they last also better for environment we already have so much plastic waste that is unnecessary. GET OFF THE PLASTIC BAGS SHOPPERS AND BUY REUSABLE ONES!!!!!”

“For many years I lived in Goodlettsville, Tn. The DG literally a minute away from headquarters was ALWAYS trashy with carts blocking aisles; matter of fact every DG in Nashville & surrounging areas I've been in are always a mess so I never liked to go in them (Except MAYBE the one on 31 in goodlettsville). This location is AMAZINGLY FANTASTIC! I've never been in there & not been able to access any aisle due to blocking. Headquarters, THIS needs to be your test store, not the one on Conference drive in Rivergate or any of the stores in the Nashville area. Any time I've gone into the Apopka location the staff is ALWAYS nice.”

“So I walked in the store with a bad attitude from having a bad day, when I was greeted with smiles from two different customer service reps. One of the reps or maybe the manager eased my stress by helping me locate the items that I needed. I really appreciated that because I don't shop for myself and I didn't know where to locate the items I intended to purchase. I liked that! “A few weeks ago I broke my glasses. I had to go to post ofc which is next door to dg. Never been in this store. A very nice helpful girl directed to me where I could find them. Got them and she was busy doing something but asked if I needed to check out. Yes please. I hate self check out. I asked her if I had picked out the correct strength not only that but offered to cut the tag off. How thoughtful and a very pleasant attitude. Elderly like myself really do appreciate kindness.
