my experience was terrific.I was waited on by Exlisa first then the manager. They told me about the deal for older clients where you get a new phone and tablet. They walked me through everything and answered all my questions. They were professional and extremely nice and knowledgeable. Will continue to recommend to everyone.

Walked in to port my phone number to metro and activate service around 11:30am on Friday. Not busy at all. Julia greeted me with a smile and pleasant attitude. She handled all quickly and professionally. I appreciated her calm demeanor. Great customer service. Glad I came in.
