He clarified what I needed to make sure it was worth my time waiting. He was pleasant and professional dealing with his current client as well as those of us that were waiting. As issues arose he was very nice and sincere. Explained everything very well and made sure he met each customers need. It’s been a long time since I’ve had such sincere customer service and got exactly what I needed! I would recommend him and this store to everyone. I will definitely be back anytime I need anything.”

“When you call to sign up, the answer right away (within 30 seconds). But when you call to answer, you are at least on a 20-40 minute wait on a good day, which the repetitive answering machine on the background telling you to download the spectrum app...However, the reps were very helpful!”
