So I called my local T-Mobile store and Martina happened to answer and within 1 min. and 30 seconds my phone was back up and running. The best customer service I have ever received in my life. “When you call to sign up, the answer right away (within 30 seconds). But when you call to answer, you are at least on a 20-40 minute wait on a good day, which the repetitive answering machine on the background telling you to download the spectrum app...However, the reps were very helpful!”
