“My phone was acting up and not turning on ALL DAY. I called Apple tech support and long story short they couldn't help me. So I called my local T-Mobile store and Martina happened to answer and within 1 min. and 30 seconds my phone was back up and running. The best customer service I have ever received in my life. Martina ( sorry if i am spelling it wrong) You know who you are girl. Thank you so much for saving me so much time and hassle.”

“I went in today and was amazed at the service given by Roxanne. She was getting customers through the line fast and she was still friendly and giving good service. I've gotten to know her over the time she's been working there and she has always been pleasant. She gets to know the customers names and even gets to know the kids. I know when my kids go in after school that she makes sure they're with who they're supposed to be with and staying out of trouble. She loves her job and employees like her should be valued”

“Jason greeted me immediately when I walked in. Our family dog was having surgery and he said he could tell I had a hard day and wanted to know how he could make it better. His smile, great service, and helping me to my car with my handful of ice and drinks did the trick! What a fabulous example of incredible customer service from store number 2614-40364. I am going to post this review everywhere I can. All customer service reps could use a lesson from Jason. He was nothing short of superb!!!”
