She offered to adjust my rates to a more competitive level and locked them in for a year. Marci was incredibly helpful, patient, and clear. Later, I needed further clarification, and Chase was equally professional and thorough. Both took the time to walk me through everything and truly showed care in easing my frustration and saving me money. With that level of customer service, I’d highly recommend this place time and again!”
“Ok, I was originally going to mark this as 4 stars because the truck was dirty inside when I got it. Cigarette ashes in the door handles, cup holders, and under the seats and leftover dirt and yard waste in the back. BUT when I spoke with the guy there, he seemed disappointed because they just had it detailed. Evidently whoever had it before me lied on the app that they left it clean and the location trusted the report that they didn't need to clean the truck before the next rental.
Besides that though, the pickup (claimed key from front counter of The Crazy Book Lady) and drop off (left key in drop box) was easy through the uhaul app.”
“Both woman in office personable professional and helpful. I was in desperate need of helper there is a gentleman by the name of JR... same int as mine no relation haha. He is friendly organized and took charge. Move done in one day and not one item broken. He carried furniture and packed in a way to avoid shifting and maximized content. “Good simple clean service. Truck had a blinking check engine light which usually means a fault with the transmission. But it got from A to B and the trucks get beat up anyway. Good price as well.”
