Treated kindly, friendly, prompt transaction. The air conditioner hose was not plugged in when reassembling the vehicle back together. Returned the vehicle this morning. Technician immediately came out and re-plugged the hose. 5 Minute labor. These things happen. No biggie. My husband and I are long-time customers. Will continue.

Staff was very friendly, responsive and polite, but location seemed to be understaffed in the front (reception area) as I had to wait longer than I should have waited (as did others) when dropping off and picking up my car. You need more than 1 person handling this.

While I feel they gave us a complete inspection of our vehicle and I agree to their findings I feel the cost for repairs are a bit overpriced for parts and labor. But, they were very honest and gave great customer service even though whomever scheduled my appointment never put my name and or the time on the books and my first name was not correct on the invoice and or the quote for repairs. But, they did work us in and the guy at the front was very friendly and honest which we greatly appreciate.

Had my truck towed in to get a lower control arm replaced, since I was dropping it off I decided to go ahead and get an oil change & tire rotation. After inspection they told me I needed a new CV Axle due to the lower control arm breaking, when really all I needed was a boot kit $25 vs the nearly $500 for the entire CV axle. Said they couldn’t just do the boot kit due to the fact none of their technicians were trained to swap a boot kit on an axle, yet somehow were trained to swap the whole axle. Ridiculous. It took roughly 8 days to get this service done as they “had to wait on original GM parts”. I also noticed the service manager was trying to charge the full amount of labor hours for the axle swap, even though the front end was already getting taken apart for the lower control arm and it’d only be 6 additional bolts to swap the axle. After a short argument with the manager, the shop foreman (lead mechanic) agreed that the service manager was charging double labor and advised it to only be .5hrs of labor vs the 6 hrs the manager tried to charge. After receiving my vehicle and leaving, I went ahead and checked what I could for likely mistakes and while the suspension issue was resolved properly, I did notice my vehicle was over a quart low on oil, after I just paid $100 for an oil change. Terrible service, terrible service manager. Either intentional sabotage of leaving my engine a QT low on oil, or terrible technicians as well.
Update, I was @ 5.5 QT out of 8 QTs of oil in my engine. 2.5 QTs low just enough to not notice immediately. No oil leaks at all, not burning oil. I suspect foul play.

Made an appointment at the Acworth Firestone location and as always , very impressed with their professionalism and great customer service by everyone there.
Jeremy does a great job in pointing out recommendations and putting them In priority, he seems to really have the customer in mind.
Highly recommend this location.

Hello! I will never be giving them any business again. I went up this past week to fix/charge my ac. during the initial inspection they wrote that one of my engine mounts was lose and missing a bolt and the ac work would not last. I was never made aware of this side issue when he explained the inspection nor when i paid over $500 to get it fixed. The next day my AC blew and i took it back up to firestone and the morning after is when they decided to tell me a mount was loose and i would need to pay an extra 1.5k to fix everything when they knew the work wouldn't last and neglected to tell me. Come to find out all 4 of my mounts are broken and my car is leaking oil. i wonder how much money they would’ve tried to scam out of me if I let them fix it. I left a formal complaint and left a voicemail with corporate, its since been over 4 days and no one has responded to write this wrong. please don't give them your business this isn't the first time they have taken advantage of younger people. I have many friends who were also scammed out of their money by these people. its extremely unprofessional.
