“What is the point of signing up for coupons via text if you can't use them IN the store? I tried using a 25% coupon at self check out that I received via text with a code to put in, and the cashier told me it wasn't going to work. There is an option on self check to input this code. Well, it didn't work. I showed her my coupon and she just kept saying it won't work, then told me to go to the website and use it there. If I'm IN the store how is that helpful? She then directed me to the website for a 20% coupon I could scan. She was very nice, but it was frustrating all the same that I could not use my 25% coupon. That 5% isn't going to kill me it just defeated the point.”

“I found this while passing through on business, and this coin shop is one of the best I have come across. Not overpriced, great selection and not pretentious at all! The staff were very friendly and helpful. I have been to places where folks act like you are bothering them when you ask to see something in the case. They were happy to take things out, share knowledge about them, and talked history. I never once felt rushed or like a burden. They had a huge variety of coin and currency. I could have spent hours in the store looking through all the items but will have to plan a dedicated visit soon. Thank you for the great experience!”

“My husband came in to the Kennesaw store to have something framed for me as a gift. He had no idea what he was doing or how as I am normally the one to take care of these things. He met with Charles in the Frame department who spent a very patient hour with my husband. Worked with his budget, helped him find a coupon and really took the time to make this gift beautiful. It is honestly a rarity these days to find people that understand what customer service is or show kindness and patience.
