“Jill and her team do an awesome job! I needed some new beanies and she was able to turn these around in less than a week. They look great! She even hand delivered them!No more cold heads for the roofing sales representatives! Thank you Jill!”
“Great UPS Store. Knowledgeable people. I know that my package with UPS more than likely going to be delivered. Better costs than USPS. USPS and FedEx will more than likely lose my package if not take forever to deliver it.”
“First time going to Staples at Cobb Pkwy and I was thoroughly impressed by the impeccable service. Dennis went above and beyond to ensure everything was printed correctly and on time. Great service!!”
“First, I want to say Tom is one of the nicest people you will ever meet and he takes great customer very seriously. I watched him tonight load up a large box onto a dolly, wheel it out to the customers car and load it up for her. It was HIS pleasure, I could tell.
We’ve been a customer of his for about 18 years now and we take our business to him for a reason.
Little story about Tom. We first really met Tom when our son was deployed to Iraq in 2006. Our daughter (his sister) had the idea to start collecting items to send over before Christmas to her brother and the other soldiers with him. From Oct. 23 to Nov. 17 we had so, so many caring people from our communities donate. They brought deodorant, razors, gum, Tylenol, toothpaste, paperbacks, snacks and lots of other useful items, the list goes on and on. It was so much fun to see what was being brought in. Lots of Halloween candy. Someone even donated golf clubs and golf balls. Some gave toys, coloring books, crayons and such for the soldiers to share with the kids. Others donated money to defray the shipping cost. We sent over 3 microwaves, coffee makers and clock radios. The largest quantity of any single item collected? Wet wipes 7,413 of them!
Here’s where Tom Sansom comes in. We had collected boxes along the way but near enough. Tom supplied us boxes to cover what we didn’t have, supplies, packing and tape and his employees to help us. It was getting pretty close to Christmas and he had already had a spare trailer delivered for his overflow. As we got the boxes packed up he let us put the boxes in the trailer until the job was complete, again all with the help of his employees. Tom even helped us take the boxes to the P.O. where I waited while my husband and Tom made several trips back and forth. Together, with Tom’s help we shipped 33 large boxes weighing a total of 1,254 lbs. And it was all delivered by Christmas and a surprise.
Tom is one of a kind and a true Patriot I might add.
Thank you so much Tom for being you!
Rohn and Stacey”
“I’ve visited this location a handful of times in the past 5 years. Each time, Emily has been running the show. She is phenomenal. Emily is efficient, knowledgeable, and kind, and provides elite customer service, which is so rare these days. Every business needs an Emily, Fed Ex is lucky to have such a great employee on their staff.”
“Pauly and the crew at Brahma Marketing are extremely professional and always deliver on their products. They installed the big sign out by the street for my office and had some company shirts made and everything turned out perfect. If you are in need of anything marketing related, this is definitely the company to go with. 10/10 recommend!”
