I have been coming to this pharmacy for over a decade now. In the past few months there must have been changes in management because the went from a reliable team to pulling teeth in order to get already prescribed medications. I hope you have a responsive doctor because they will have to send multiple notes in order to get your prescription. These people have lost 4 prescription refills and 3 prescription orders in the past two months from three different offices. They will play in your face about your physical well-being and then turn it around like it’s your fault that they lost the orders from doctors. I am looking forward to never having to deal with the lack of care or competence this team has been maintaining.

The worst pharmacy I have ever used. No matter what time you call in the refill, they are just working on it. I call it in, in the morning and everytime I go to pick it up after work, 9 hours later, they are working on it

The pharmacist and techs have gone above and beyond for me even when they are extremely short handed and overwhelmed with an influx of prescriptions to be filled. I cannot thank them enough for taking care of me and going above and beyond their duties to ensure I had my medication instead of having to wait two days. Thank you again.

Horrible experience the evening of 2/21 AGAIN!!!! Empty promises!!!Every time we attempt to use this pharmacy it’s a new problem! I’m shocked Publix has allowed this pharmacist to mistreat customers the way she does. They need some serious change in who is running this pharmacy. No comparison to our previous Publix pharmacy in our last town. So over them.

I never write reviews because I believe on being kind and understanding. People have bad days and there is always the possibility for human errors. That been said, do yourself a favor and get your prescription someplace else. I have been with them for 5 years and the person in charge and the second are two of the kindest person you will ever meet. Unfortunately they are never there anymore when I go. Their paid on the app and pick up at the store never works right and they have messed my prescription month after month. Then I tried paying on the app and picking up curbside, that doesn’t work either. They are soooo disorganized and the bad customer service is just the cherry on top. They have a lot of new young people that just don’t know what they are doing and when making a mistake they get offended and even hang the phone on you or let you wait for a long time and hang up. Pettiness at its finest. Listen- I’m no Karen and it takes a lot to get me upset but month after month this people cannot get it right. It’s time to move.

Love our local store and it’s friendly staff. But today our experience at the pharmacy wasn’t good. The pharmacist was hollering from behind the screen that she had no help and we would have to come back. Very unhelpful to an older retired couple who are hard of hearing and couldn’t initially hear what she was yelling. Not a good start to the day for us or her.

I have used this pharmacy for years and will continue to do so! Deanna and Crystal, and other pharmacists are beyond awesome! They fill prescriptions quick, and are personable, urgent, and most of all empathetic. Thank you for what you guys do! Love Deanna and Crystal!!

I waited 1 hour to pick up a medication. They told me that didn’t receive the order from the doctor office, but the order was on the voicemail the whole time. They don’t care about the customers and don’t appreciate your time.
