This branch frequently has drive through deposit issues. Too full or machines not operating. Today, Saturday, before 12 they were closed due to repairs. Had to drive out of my way yet again to another branch to do my transaction. The worst branch for customer service. It doesn’t exist.

They will not cash a check with a different bank's name on it unless you have matching funds in your account. Even if you have an account with them. Why keep an account? I will be closing my account today

was sent to this branch from online service. The person did not respond to any correspondences for weeks and weeks which turned into Months before another employee took over the account.
