Have to wait at least 20 minutes in the drive thru for a simple deposit EACH time and not even greeted for at least 15 with no other customers in the drive thru.

When I googled this branch I was surprised when I saw it had a 2 star rating. Surely branch couldn’t be this bad right? Wrong! We sat for over an hour and a half waiting to see a teller. I watched a line form and just stand there looking impatient as the one teller fumbled with one customer for OVER 30 minutes while another teller was “busy” on their computer after telling them all “one moment and I’ll be right with you”. Why bother having all these offices if they will all be empty of bankers?! It’s a Friday, a banks busiest day. How long does it take to make a deposit? Avoid this branch?

Absolutely the worst Truist Bank I have ever visited. Wished I could give this branch zero stars. Staff is not helpful, has poor attitude, are not knowledgeable and have made multiple errors on my transactions many times. I have waited for more than an hour many times before anyone could attend to me. I did a wire early in the morning and it would not go out until end of day, because no one was available to verify the transaction. How long does it take to validate a wire transfer? A complete waste of time. So sad it's the closest branch to my house. I sometimes go to a farther branch so I don't have to deal with their incompetence. Absolutely pathetic.

I have been irritated with Truist for months. Finally opened an account somewhere else. I have asked the same question to about 3 people and gotten different information each time. The only helpful person as this location is Bryan. He was extremely nice, full of useful information, and acted like he actually wanted to help unlike the rest of the staff. He is also the only one that really knew what he was talking about. Deserves a raise.

I went to simply deposit money into an account and the banker had the worst attitude and just an unnecessary attitude......Horrible Service. Avoid this branch at all costs

Extremely rude service told a notary was 50.00 haha not really funny second time this employee Brain Manns told me this "joke" dealing with financial situation due to my mothers death and this guy is a comedian. Will be changing banks.

The split deposit I have made every week for 20+ years just got refused in the drive thru. With their “system” they have to “cash” a check before depositing to the checking and money market account. It’s a check drawn on them, going into accounts at their branch and no money changes hands. The Brookstone branch does it no problem. Since Emanuel left, this branch is horrible! If it wasn’t for Brookstone, I would no longer bank with Truist.

The worst bank experience ever! After waiting 40 minutes for a banker, they ask me to schedule an appointment for another day. It was literally no other person in the lobby. The branch leader could not assist banker(stated she was busy) it was ridiculous! I would never recommend this bank to anyone

This bank is the WORST!!! When it was Suntrust I never experienced problems that shouldn't be problem. I called SunTrust/Truist bank early this morning and was on hold for 40 minutes. I requested to have the new Truist bank card mailed to me and the representative went through the motions and said that they will be mailing the card out in 7 to 10 business days. What she failed to tell me is that she was deactivating my current SunTrust bank card, so when I went out to shop, my card was declined. I called back to ask why it was deactivated in if it could be reactivated at which time the rep told me it could not. I requested to have the car expedited since I had no court available for use and the rep said that yes they could send me out a new card but it would be a $30 fee. I was blown away and very upset that Truist bank would try to charge me this fee, when it was their fault that I didn't have a usable card. The supervisor, (Kimberly), was extremely condescending when I spoke with her to see if the expedited fee could be waived. This supervisor told me she was unable to waive the fee. At NO time did she attempt to offer a suitable resolution. I may not have a million bucks in their bank, but I'm taking what I have out of this bank and finding me a more efficient and customer friendly bank. Horrible, Horrible Bank!!!!!

The new Truist is not working for me. My account was charged twice. Tried calling, 50 min wait, tried to chat 55 mins, chatted, they couldn't help and gave another number to call, over a 60 min wait. Gave up, looked on line what time they opened on Saturday....9a, got to the bank on Saturday to find out that they are closed on Saturday. I am a very disgruntled customer. Plus they have fixed my account that they messed up.

Horrible customer service! Took me 45 minutes to make a withdrawal. Teller acted as though I was putting her out for making the request. Never once communicated to me regarding the delay but was annoyed the 2x that I pressed the call button. NEVER experience this from BB&T!

Terrible customer service.....took 2 hours to open a checking account. And then they put my first 2 deposits on hold for over a week. So first they make it extremely difficult to open an account and then they keep MY money for 10 days! No thanks! I had the account for 10 days and then closed it.
