“I was very pleased with the service and results of this shop, it’s easy to locate. You can tell this is an old type of service center for vehicles that’s very knowledgeable. The service i received was 4tires mounted and balanced with an alignment. On one of my Ram 1500 pickups I was scheduled, was told how long it would take and was done 15 minutes before. The truck no longer pulls and shake when breaking. I’d recommend checking this place out for anyone. Great Place. The prices are excellent and will continue getting service here.”

Guys here are nice and do an excellent job. They also show you all of your tire options and let you decide. Love this place!”

I didn’t want to pay the huge price for a fifth new tire that was going to be stored under my vehicle an only used in an emergency. Stopped by Ramirez tire and they had the size I needed. The tires are stored outside, so the elements get to them, but don’t let that stop you from getting a good deal.Left my spare with them, ran some errands, and came back an hour later to my spare replaced.Thanks for the great service!”

“Diagnosed engine code for a random misfire. Cleaned fuel system, oil and filter change. Recommended spark plugs, but not needed yet. They did not clear the engine code and said it would itself. It hasn't yet. Recommended rear brakes which is odd because my brakes only have about 10,000 miles on them. That brought my review diwn from a 5 to a 4. Went elsewhere for a second opinion on brakes and they're still like new. Got them cleaned and lubricated (pins and springs) at another shop as preventive maintenance while they had them apart for inspection and it only cost $30. Otherwise, they did a great job with the fuek system and throttle job. My car has always been responsive (amazing for a slow 100hp car), but is now even more responsive and with less gas pedal travel than ever. Good job Pep Boys Cobb Parkway Acworth!”
“They have 5 stars for a reason. One of my tires kept going flat every few days, so I took it in. I was greeted by Cathy (the owner) promptly. She listened to my concerns and told me not to replace my tire just yet, because it was still in great condition. Wayne/Wade, couldn’t remember his name, came out and did thorough inspection on my tire. He was knowledgeable and provided great customer service. He found the tiniest nail in it and repaired it.
