Super convenient location. A nice new van is what I used. It drove great and y’all nailed it. The key was easy to retrieve and I picked up my rental when I needed it. Easy breezy. There was a kitty cat outside that seemed distressed, and I couldn’t help her 😭. But that has nothing to do with U-Haul!

Owner was very friendly and informative. Submitted my info online (didn't use the app), checked in at the counter, all went smoothly. I was on my way in about 10 min. Van was clean, no problems. Didn't hurt that I really like bookstores:)
