I had an absolutely terrible experience with the store with the store manager. He is the most unhelpful, unprofessional, rude, aggressive and disrespectful person I have ever interacted with. Please stay away from this store!!!

Awful wait time, like 10 customer service desks but only 3 workers, 2 of which stayed with the same customer for over 1 hour. I wish I could sue to get the two hours of my life I wasted here.

This was the easiest process I've ever had in my life with Xfinity. I walked in with a huge box and a woman immediately came and politely took it from me (she could tell I was struggling lol). She asked if it was a return or swap, I let her know that I was swapping and she took the equipment out of the box went to the back, brought me new equipment within a matter of five minutes and I was completely done. No questions asked...10/10 recommend!!!

My bill went from $55 to $85 and this is with seniors govt discount. Talking with customer service to find out why they said they would take care of it as they said my bill went to $277 on my credit card. Don’t talk too customer service on phone, all they do is yes in broken English.

I've had no problems with this place. I have only come here to pick up or drop off equipment. The space is nice and comfortable, clean and modern. It has never been crowded or too busy when I stopped in. Parking is fine - easy. I always find a space in front of the building. The staff is friendly and efficient. The last time I stopped in - I woke up one morning and my cable (tv) didn't work. I tried unplugging my box a few times to reset it but it never came back up. That afternoon I stopped in with my broken box, told the greeter my name and what my problem was. I was asked to wait. Ten or fifteen minutes later, my name was called and I was met with a new cable box. I asked if this box worked just like my last one but with a different remote and the answer was "yes" and I was out the door. Easy.
