“The receptionist was very courteous sweet and kind. She was very attentive to my needs. I did purchase a sofa and loveseat and the sofa was 50% off so I paid cash for the sofe but I was curious as to why such a nice piece of furniture was on sale for 50% off especially with it being recliners. After leaving the store I received a call from the receptionist with details about the chair. A defect that I hadn't even noticed. My only concern was would the chair still recline lol? The manager checked the chair out and assured me that it would recline. My furniture was delivered on Friday the January 23rd and I couldn't be more happy. Tbe delivery guys was very respectful and gentle with my furniture. The did tell me if I have any problems with anything to don't hesitate to give them a call. I'll definitely shop with Farmer's again.”
“This morning Dominick and Jake delivered my loveseat, but once they got the loveseat in my home we realized the room was to small for the room. I was so disappointed because it was a struggle getting the loveseat inside so I told them I couldn't keep it and wanted it returned to the store. They was so patient and understanding Jake told me it wasn't a problem at all because he saw it didn't fit. I was so happy when I saw neither of them wasn't upset and didn't mine getting it back on the truck. Jake and Dominick work very well together and is definitely an asset to Turners. Go Jake and Dominick, keep up the good work. Job well done!!!!!!”
“This is the BEST thrifting spot I’ve come across. I just moved here from hours away and was nervous I wouldn’t find anywhere decent to thrift. I only explored a corner of the upstairs and found so many goodies. The employees are so helpful and kind as well! The prices were pretty fair and there were a lot of discounts available. It looks small on the outside but this place is mighty. I will be back for sure!”
“My daughter tried on some clothes in the dressing room today 02-26-25.
She decided on a pair of pants but went back to find a different size shirt to try on. While she was looking back at the rack in the store she realized that she left her airpods in the dressing room. She rushed back to the dressing room and the shirts that did not fit her well were gone. But whoever got them out of the dressing room left her airpods in the dressing room.
My daughter was very relieved that they were left in there for her.
I told her she was lucky that there was an honest person working the dressing rooms and did not stick her air pods in their on pocket.

“My husband and I have gone to 2 other furniture stores in the area and we didn't have the greatest experience. The furniture never held up and I didn't feel like I had anyone who actually cared. I have a family member who recommended Brooks to us. Let me tell you, it's like having your own personal al shoppers who work with you to find the perfect piece that works for you. I had to exchange 3 recliners and a bed, and if they wanted to choke me out, it was never displayed to me. They will hunt for what I'm looking for to make it happen. I won't shop anywhere else. We hope to move in a year or 2, but believe, I'll be at Brooks furnishing my house!”
