βNew post 7/25: I broke down on the 400 in traffic- had my vw Touareg towed into GCR Monday afternoon and had my car back the next afternoon. $439 for a drive belt replacement. Was worried it would be thousands of dollars. Casey was excellent at keeping me informed and made sure nothing else needed review or repair. Thanks to all the staff. Older post: Mark and the service staff were all phenomenal!!! Exceptional service. I felt Mark was very honest. I came from Express Oil after my daughterβs VW developed an oil leak (noticed within a few days) after an oil change. I went back for them to correct the issue and they denied it was related. ( I had been going there for 4 yrs but all the staff has changed there)They wanted me to let them do a diagnostic for $150 then cut it in half to $75 ( would not apply to repair) I called your business while trying to decide and Mark said come on in and he would just look for free. It was a wrong oil plug! Your staff replaced it with the correct one, cleaned the engine and replaced the oil. Fixed it for $90 while I waited. So thankful and very trustworthy in my book!! We will be back as needed.β

βLet me start off by saying that it is hard finding a mechanic that is reliable and honest! I equate mechanics to barbers, there is somewhat of an intimacy between your mechanic and your car.
I can proudly say Luke is my carβs barber! I mean the guy is the best all the way around.
Pricing is beyond fair, and his knowledge is unmatched.
I will bring my Porsche here from now on!β

BMC found out all the issues, explained it in language a non-mechanic would understand, and got the job done ASAP. They communicated perfectly and I am so thankful for this shop! I hate that I didn't start with them. Not all specialty mechanics are the same, but Bavarian Motor Cars is the leading specialty shop in the area.β

βWe were a long time customer of family owned Moss Automotive for all or vehicle maintenance because they were honest and trust worthy. For several years we bounced around not fully satisfied, until our neighbor told us about Team 1.
Last year I brought in our 22 CX-5 for basic maintenance, and I was very impressed with the shop and how Jeff handled the front end. Only recommending what's needed, what is not, and very knowledgeably address all my concerns.
Next it was time to take in my 99 GMC Sierra 2500 with 355K miles on it. The truck drove fine, but had many leaks that needed to be addressed. Jeff and the guys put together a very detailed and reasonable plan that was executed flawlessly in record time. Not a single leak and handling great.
That brings us up to the present. We needed to find a reliable affordable vehicle for our daughter and kept our searches close to Team 1 so we could get a reliable PPI performed on any vehicles of interest. Jeff and Mike were great to work with to get the cars in and out with short notice. Team 1 helped us find our daughter's first car and are currently giving it a complete check out before we present it to her.
Skilled, quality, and fast vehicle customer service at a competitive price is hard to find these days.

βAllpro Subaru is one of two independent Subaru shops in Georgia that I trust outside of a dealership to use genuine OEM parts, not cheap aftermarket junk that's a waste of everyone's time and should hang their heads in shame for being made. Allpro's techs have probably forgotten more about Subarus than you could lean in a year of YouTube videos. Patrick is honest and up front with his prices and won't BS you about anything. If you want to modify your car, ask him about your build plans, and if you don't have a plan, work with him to get you where you want to be and you'll be driving a reliably modded Subaru without wasting money on stuff that's stupid.β

βGreat experience purchasing from Dave O'Connor. Dave was so easy to deal with and treated us wonderfully. After weeks of hassle at a used car dealer in Duluth I decided to look at the same model for sale at the Bentley dealer. Wow what a better experience. So nice that after the test drive and about an hour, I was all set except for the payment. I came back a couple days later to do the final signatures and again everything was smooth. Dave took photos with a bow on the car, helped me setup the infotainment system, and I was ready to enjoy my new to me car. I will definitely always check their inventory first from now on.β
