“The gentlemen working here are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! I know nothing about cars, so I didn’t know where to start when I damaged my Tesla Model 3. I called and they recommended I come by for an estimate. I was seen same-day, on time, and had a printed estimate in hand in less than 20 minutes. They also walked me through the claims process and answered all my questions. Excellent experience!! Highly recommended!”

“They are AMAZING!!! 😍😍😍 I went for an reg oil change and got an upgrade on oil at a cheaper rate than reg oil, fluids topped off, and a tire rotation for FREE! PLUS, I'd made an appointment. Got there early and they got to my car right away. I was out before my scheduled appointment time. Kenny, you were amazing the last time I came. And even better this time. Thank you so much for your kindness and help with everything. Because of you, I will come again and again.”

“I’ve owned many vehicles over the years... gas, diesel, European, American, sports cars, and trucks and RALI Auto Repair in Alpharetta has consistently delivered the best service experience across all of them. Every visit has impressed me with their professionalism, efficiency, and genuine support. What truly sets them apart is the combination every car owner looks for but rarely finds: honesty, transparency, and fair pricing. These qualities build trust, and RALI Auto has earned mine repeatedly. I strongly recommend RALI Auto for their commitment to excellence in automotive repair and customer service.”

“Always great experience here. They are courteous and complete service quickly. When I go in for an oil change, they lmk when I am sure for other services, but I never feel like I'm being over-sold. On my most recent visit, Brea was helpful and nice. Daniel, another employee, finished up with another customer and came over to help Brea finish up with me. I don't think she even asked for help... LOVE the teamwork!”

“New post 7/25: I broke down on the 400 in traffic- had my vw Touareg towed into GCR Monday afternoon and had my car back the next afternoon. $439 for a drive belt replacement. Was worried it would be thousands of dollars. Casey was excellent at keeping me informed and made sure nothing else needed review or repair. Thanks to all the staff. Very clean and efficient facility and staff. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Older post: Mark and the service staff were all phenomenal!!! Exceptional service. I felt Mark was very honest. I came from Express Oil after my daughter’s VW developed an oil leak (noticed within a few days) after an oil change. I went back for them to correct the issue and they denied it was related. ( I had been going there for 4 yrs but all the staff has changed there)They wanted me to let them do a diagnostic for $150 then cut it in half to $75 ( would not apply to repair) I called your business while trying to decide and Mark said come on in and he would just look for free. It was a wrong oil plug! Your staff replaced it with the correct one, cleaned the engine and replaced the oil. Fixed it for $90 while I waited. So thankful and very trustworthy in my book!! We will be back as needed.”
