Horrible and deceptive business practices. Not limited to opening a CD after which we had instructed to cancel the transaction because of the inability to find a manager to sign off on the transaction. Following in the footsteps of Wells Fargo 🚔 👨⚖️

Not very helpful, the notary (Hiral Shah) was the worst representation of Customer Service at Chase. I am dissappointed in Chase for even allowing her to represent the Chase brand soo poorly

Not really sure why this location exists. There isn't a teller so you can't make any deposits or withdrawals.
