“This Hollywood Feed location makes shopping a delight! The entire team made themselves available, greeted me, and had answers to my questions. They even checked inventory for me and explained the loyalty programs without being pushy. 10/10 recommend for all of your fur kid needs.”

“The best reef store ever. Ive never seen such a wide variety of fish and coral. I used to drive 30 minutes to optimum for corals and fish but this place blows them out of the water. Very friendly staff, the kind lady helped me pick out a few corals for my tank and was filled with knowledge. Very clean and welcoming atmosphere. Will absolutely be my new reefing home. Edit: came here again and would give a million stars if I could. The taller bald gentleman is my favorite hes so welcoming and friendly and gave me some amazing deals. You guys are the absolute best, my tank has never looked this beautiful.”

“I have had an absolute rough month. My soul dog died 6/5 tragically. I frequently foster through lifeline... so I decided to foster an older dog to honor my dog since she didnt make it to be a senior. The day before yesterday I got a text that my 1st foster dog was set to be euthanized... I wanted, needed to be with him even though I am really struggling mentally.... I have had a horrible 1.5 months. My current foster dog is climbing my walls, inconsolable, anxious, even with people. I made me decision I needed to take her back and get myself stabelized. I got to the shelter after intake had closed and they gave me a suggestion of cbd oil. It was 649. Petsmart closes at 7. I found this store near where I was and called. The lady working listened to me explain what was going on and how overwhelmed with life I am... she talked to me the whole way to the store. I appreciate her heart. She provided me with additional resources in addition to the stuff I came in for. I would absolutely recommend this store. The oil seems to be helping too! I may be able to make it through this tough time and get this pup stabelized without loosing whats left of my mental health! So thank you for your kind heart and genuinely listening to me. Her name may be Marion from the receipt. You didn't just sell me a product that seems to be helping ... you held my head above water so I could catch my breath in a way. Thank you.”

“This is the only place I will board my dogs! My dogs are picky but they like being here more than they like being at home. The staff are wonderful and I love that they post daily photos”

“I had a great experience! They were able to get my bulldog in quickly, which I really appreciated. When I picked him up, he was happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. It’s such a relief to find a groomer who treats your pet so kindly. We’ll definitely be back! 🐶🐾❤”

“Lia was absolutely fantastic with both of my dogs. I adopted Jasper from a shelter yesterday, and needless to say, he came home smelling pretty bad. I brought him to Lia at 11:30 AM, and she did such an amazing job that I ended up bringing my other dog, Zeus, in shortly afterward. Zeus absolutely refuses to let anyone touch his nails, not even me. We have to sedate him at the vet just to get them trimmed, which I hate doing. I told Lia to not even bother trying, but somehow she was able to trim them. I was beyond impressed and thankful. She really knows how to make dogs comfortable. Also, the bandanas they send the dogs home with are a really nice touch. I’ll definitely be back soon!”

“I love buying all my grooming products and equipment from Petagree! The warehouse guys are always so helpful to loading to my car, Robert is very knowledgeable about products, and Linda is always so kind on the phone! I have been a long time customer and won’t ever buy from any other grooming company!”

“Very kind and understanding. They care about their pups. I love the entire process of adopting and that they even will come to your home to make sure the pup is safe, happy, and well taken care of before approval.”

“This is a hit or miss. Sometimes the people are a delight and treasure. Other times it's a ghost town of dismay and empty shelves. Where the app tells me they have things in stock and once I get there they are all invisible. Also...why do I have to track someone down to get crickets like I'm Sherlock Holmes? Then I have to wait ten minutes for them to come get crickets out. I can bag my own. In fact, please have self serve crickets so I can save the accumulated ten years of my life waiting at the cricket bins on something like living my life. But I like petsmart. They do a better job than the other pet store. Their crickets are favored over the other ones I sometimes buy.”

“I am a frequent visitor of this pet store. Staff is always nice and helpful. I had an issue with my fish (it didn’t eat) and I received a very comprehensive information from Ameena and others on how I can help it to strive again. Thank you.”
