He was a cover driver, when he could not find my house, he called. Ended up getting stuck on a steep driveway and spent time carefully maneuvering, in reverse, so patiently until he got out of it! I was not aware that I had to print my label at home, so Joy said it wasn't a problem and that I could email it to her...and so I did. While I located and forwarded the email, I watched Joy service another customer with that same beautiful smile...it was so nice to see.
