“This is my go to place for couriering something, doing Amazon returns, printing needs and even notarizing. The location is very convenient, facility is clean and staff is friendly. The will followup with you and ensure your work is done in case anything is pending..Make a visit if you haven't yet!”

“The employees are friendly and the store is open until 10pm some nights. I had a complaint about a driver and they took it seriously. One of the supervisors even followed up with a call. The one thing I don't care for is you can't call them. I've asked the customer service people to call the store, but they claim they don't have the phone number. Why is FedEx so secretive about the phone number?”

“We initially had a communication issue regarding a load, but I want to recognize Andria Hill for the way she handled the situation. As soon as she became aware of the issue, she reached out to us immediately, took ownership of the situation, and worked quickly to resolve it. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to make things right completely changed our experience. Mistakes can happen in any business, but what matters most is how they're handled. Andria showed excellent communication and genuine respect for our time and business. Thank you, Andria, for your professionalism and for turning a frustrating situation into a positive one. We look forward to working with you again.”

“Under new management 2025!! The store manager, Albert was amazing to work with. I had a large complicated print job with a short turn around time. Albert made it happen and was so nice and helpful. Highly recommend!”
