“Just about everytime I go to check out someone is there asking if I need belief or just automatically start helping me with bagging my items. Mind you I come in to shop every week and never ask for help and they always end up counting my things. When I asked why they do this they said it was “ company policy” and that they do it to everyone. Which is false because if they’re not working they’re talking at the front counter. Also I’m black. Anyone else that has checked out young or old have been white and shop without having anyone intervene. So if you’re a person of color prepare to be uncomfortable from the staff and the manager who is most likely white and doesn’t care.”

“This Five Below location is by far the best one I’ve been to! The store is always super clean, well organized, and the staff are so friendly and helpful. They have tons of fun stuff for both kids and adults I always find something new every time I go. Plus, the snacks are so yummy! I love that it’s close to my home, which makes it even better.
