I would not recommend a visit without an appointment. We waited an hour, then we received a text to come back within 10 minutes. We arrived in the store, but they had given our slot to another person and told us we needed to start our wait over. I’ll try an appointment next time.

The service could have been better. The associate stopped helping me to help another associate with a customer. Neither one of them said excuse me or give us just a second. Everyone time is valuable.

Corporation did not fix the problem with my phone. I still can't get verbercations text and some calls people can't hear me on my phone. Now I now have to find a new network provider. Verizon did not offer any compensation to keep me as customer. 🤔 🤔
