The service department was ready to take my vehicle at the appointment time and completed the service in a timely manner. The technician did recommend a front end alignment which I declined due to the low mileage on the vehicle.

I wouldn't describe it as exceptional, but it was nice enough. Everyone was nice and professional. I would describe the "car wash" as more of a "spray off" and light vacuum, but I appreciated it.
