“Great customer service from Jessica and Leslie. There was a fire in a nearby unit and we needed to get everything out of the storage unit. We use this unit for our son who goes to UGA. He was out of town for Christmas break and we live about 7 hours away. Instead of making us drive down to move our stuff, she offered to have it moved to a same size unit at no cost. Going the extra mile means a lot!! Jessica and Leslie were great! Both were super friendly and accommodating.”

“I am not a contractor. I rented this (Telelifter) for use by a company I brought a metal building from. Everyone was super-helpful in holding my hand thru the process.
Although I got my request in a week before needed, they did not have a 6000 lb unit available. So they sent me a 7000 lb unit at the same price.
The delivery and pickup drivers were courteous and on-time. (You don't have to be there for pickup or delivery.)
I refueled it myself before pickup. Had I not done this, I would have been charged $8.70 per gallon. I had no idea how much it would use. But it has a 35 gallon tank! So I bought 5 gallons of diesel for about $3.50 per gallon -- the first time in my life to buy diesel. It turned out the thing used only 2 or 3 gallons for the entire day-long project, so it probably wasn't worth my while to refuel it myself. But I saved a few bucks, and gave the leftover diesel to the building crew for their truck.
