Kroger Pharmacy in Athens, GA is staffed with professionals dedicated to helping customers lead a healthier life. The pharmacy offers vaccinations, medicine, clinical services, and advice. Pharmacists prepare prescriptions, dispense medical supplies, and administer vaccines including flu shots, the Tdap vaccine, measles vaccine, and shingles vaccine. Prescription transfers and refills can be managed through convenient online tools. Many reviewers find this location, specifically the one at Epps Bridge, to be the best pharmacy, noting employees are always helpful, professional, and available to answer any questions thoroughly without rushing customers. The staff is commended for going above and beyond to resolve issues, such as tracking down prescriptions called to the wrong pharmacy and keeping patients calmly informed. The store's location and the opportunity to earn gas points are appreciated benefits. However, the pharmacy is almost always crowded, requiring a wait. A significant concern involves the parking lot, described as treacherous due to ongoing renovations and a rapid increase in panhandlers. Reviewers report these individuals target women alone, women with small children, and the elderly, creating an environment where customers feel unsafe and anticipate a potential incident.
It’s so hot back there I can see why the people look exhausted constantly. Does Kroger not provide AC to the pharmacy??Keep up the good work you guys. My mom and I appreciate the service.

Been to pharmacies in three different states. Kroger at Epps Bridge is the best. Employees are always helpful, professional and available to answer any questions. On a recent visit, Jacob was exceptional in resolving our issue.

This pharmacy is almost always crowded and you have to wait in line. But when I get to the pharmacist or tech I never feel rushed, no matter how many questions I have. They are extremely helpful.
