I always find good deals on fresh produce and dairy products here. Also, the Choceur chocolate bars are phenomenal and cost less than brands found at other places. Overall, definitely worth the trip, if you're shopping for the things mentioned. Remember to bring your own reusable bags.”
“This is where I get my fuel from %90 of the time. It's always an easy process. I'm able to get a $1.00 off each time for regular and diesel fuel. This is possible because of the Kroger points for fuel as a bonus for shopping at Kroger. Can you dig it!”
“This was my first experience visiting and I was highly satisfied. They had everything I needed on my list, they were very well stocked and I even got some deals on a few items which then lead me to get a few more items i thought were interesting and wanted to try. I love this store! It's not too big and I despise going into a store that's too big. The Fresh Martket is the absolute perfect size for me. I will be doing all of my grocery shopping from this particular location from now on! I ended up forgetting my blue notebook there in one of the carts when I left but I was so satisfied with my experience that it didn't even matter lol I'm absolutely getting a membership❤❤❤”

“It's fine when Samuel is serving in the kitchen, but the women working there... have attitude problems. They just get angry and reluctantly serve. The sauce station should be put in a different place to avoid being crowded there.”

“I have been shopping at Earthfare for years now, and since they closed and reopened awhile back …things just haven’t been the same. The service was mediocre at best, most of the employees weren’t very sociable or helpful, and a lot of times we had to bag our own groceries. I don’t like to leave negative feedback, so I never did.
BUT….
I would have to say things have definitely improved over the last few months.
This past Sunday our experience was exceptional, and the store was quite full. The food at the hot bar was very tasty and staff at checkout excellent. Shoutout to Linda & Donna who were super friendly and provided the best service I have had to date at any grocery store. Staff at the cold counter and the ladies in the meat and cheese department are great too, but I didn’t catch their names.
Keep up the good work - we all appreciate a pleasant experience. 😉”
“The meat quality and the selection of meats is 10/10. The customer service is great and everyone is welcoming. I bought some taco meat with some produce for dinner and everything came out perfect. The store is small but it has everything you need!”

This Chevron is hands down the number one stop in Athens, Georgia. The station is always clean, well-organized, and clearly run by people who care about how the place looks and operates. Everything from the pumps to the inside of the store is neat and easy to navigate, which makes stops quick and stress-free.
Prices are fair and reasonable, especially for the area, and the overall experience is consistently smooth and reliable. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, this is the kind of gas station you want to stop at. Highly recommended if you’re in the area!”

“This and the east side Kroger are the few grocery stores, I want to shop at. This store is clean and organized. the people here are nice and make sure they are fair with their customers. the deals is a hit or miss but when you do get them, they are good. They do have a claw machine in this one and the cuts fruits are way better than walmart. They have tons of cashier open during busy hours.”

The store was clean, organized, and fully stocked—no scavenger hunt required.
We stopped by on Thanksgiving Day, and the associates were so cheerful you’d think they were hosting the Macy’s parade. Their positive attitude made our visit feel like a holiday bonus.
Dollar General? Far superior to the other dollar stores.

I go to this store often and she is the associate I come in contact with the majority of the time. I wanted to give her a great shout out because she is always so helpful and has a great sense of humor and demeanor. “My wife and I have this running joke that we can never get to the front of a Publix line because the waits are all atrociously wrong. This is the only Publix in town that we’ve been able to wait the entirety of the line because it runs at a normal pace. The staff serving you here are also the friendliest in town. If you live in Athens and shop at Publix, it’s worth it to come to the East Side. You’ll probably be waiting at the other ones anyway, so it’ll be worth the extra drive.”

“I got up early and came to Kroger to find sweet corn for Thanksgiving dinner. My daughter loves spicy corn although it's kinda too spicy for me usually. My regular store didn't have any corn at all and I was pretty disappointed because that's one of our favorite things for Thanksgiving dinner.Anyway, I came to Kroger early and was delighted to find they had plenty of sweet corn.That was one of the last things I needed for dinner tomorrow. I also had to get some potatoes for mashed potatoes because the ones I have at home are full of eyes and I don't want to eat that.I like Kroger, in fact, I prefer it over the other store. But it is much farther away. By other store it's just about walking distance.A Kroger fuel points are a great benefit, but I never get enough points to make it worth my while. I put my sister's number in because she does collect the points and she really knows how to work it. She gets all kinds of extra points for shopping on Friday, doing a surveys on the receipt, and her neat trick is buying a gift card and using it to buy the groceries. She gets a lot of extra points for that. She has enough points this month to get her gas fill up for, get this, 11¢ per gallon. I called BS on that at first but she showed me the receipt.”
