“I get my car wash here and I've never had a problem. Staff always friendly with great work! Today was my first oil change with them. Victor was extremely nice, curtious, and professional. He took his time and answered my million questions without rushing me or getting irritated. So far my car is running much better! I told Victor I was searching for a new place for car care bc my last place got lazy. Everytime I pulled up they seemed bothered that I came then I felt rushed so they can go back to doing nothing. So I said all that to say I hope this will be my permanent spot for car care and that they don't start slipping.”

“I purchased a set of tires from a vendor and was given a couple of names to call for installation and balancing. I chose Porterfield and set up install and balancing the next day. I showed up at 7:30 when they opened and as promised they brought my vehicle into the shop, mounted and balanced the tires professionally. The tires rode very smoothly and I will always consider them for my tire needs.”

“I went to Car Doctor’s first because they were recommended to me. I knew I had a small coolant leak that hadn’t been addressed in a BMW. I also had them inspect my brakes and rotors. The inspection was only $69. After they inspected my coolant components, and brakes, I was told my brakes still had 15-30kmiles before they recommended replacing. For my cooling issue, however it would be $4,000. Asked BMW for a quote based on the work they found, and I was told about $1,000 less. So, I had my car moved to BMW; only for them to charge me $169 for an inspection, and quote me almost $1500 more, and recommended a lot of unnecessary work at the time, as if I needed to do it right then. I’ll just go to Car Doctor’s for the future! A 4 because I don’t get a video of the inspection”
