“I was told by Walmart that my Honda CRV had a huge oil leak, therefore they couldn't change the oil. I went to Rapid and they immediately took care of my Honda CRV. I felt like it had gotten the Spa treatment, it happened to be Lady's day Tuesday and they even topped the steering fluid and found that it wasn't a huge oil leak after all . It was a very small oil leak. All staff were friendly and gave fantabulous service. Thank you guys, great job!!!!”

“I visited this car wash for the first time today and was met with extremely nice and very helpful people. I have been looking for a full service car wash since the one I used to use shut down. I am usually in Athens at least once every month or two and decided to give them a try. I got the basic full service package and was pleased with the job until I opened the back of my SUV a little later and saw that it had not been vacuumed, which was obvious because I had just returned from a trip and the back definitely needed a good vacuum. I also noticed when I was driving that the outside of the windshield, windows and side mirrors had not been dried or wiped off, I could still see where the wipers can not reach and there were spots, drip lines and smudges still on the outside. If not for these things, I would have given them 5 stars instead of 4! This will not deter me from trying them again as I know everyone has off days every once in a while, so I will be back to give them another try!”

“Dropped in for an Oil Change, didnt realize it was fairly close to closing. I expected to be turned away but to my surprise, the very nice lady working the counter accomodated me, was lighting fast, and friendly instead of making me feel guilty about the late arrival. The tech was also very friendly and made friends with my furry companion(Spud-the wonder dog). I decided to shop for a moment while waiting, they had out menin a shopping mood so I bought a 58 inch Tv and several other items. When I returned the oil tech even helped me load my van. I will be doing all my oil changes and shopping at this particular Walmart”

“I will be a repeat customer. I called concerning an online deal on tires. Eddie was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions. The price included tires, alignment and oil change. It was 5:30 on the Wednesday before the fourth of July. I asked if he would be able to install them today. He politely said yes, come on up. He double checked stock and said there were only 3 in stock but he could have the fourth tire tomorrow. I thanked him and told him I would be there Friday morning.
I arrived at approximately 8:40 Friday morning. The place was packed. Eddie apologeticly informed me it would be a 3 hour wait. I handed over my keys and went for a walk.
When the car was ready a young lady totaled my bill. No haggle, it was exactly as promised. Thank you to everyone responsible for such a favorable experience and getting me back on the road again.”
