“Got my propane tanks for outdoor heaters refilled here. The attendant was courteous and helpful. Explained why he did things that other places hadn't. I didn't have to wait, and the tanks were filled and marked properly. The place was clean, and where to go was clear.”

Very straightforward and helpful. They put a security hold on your account, but this is usual and was cleared immediately upon return.”

“Pickup was slow due to the presence of a single person working the counter and a problematic customer. Customer took up a lot of time making snide comments to the person at the point of sale. Once he was out the door, the process went well, but having another person working would have allowed for better flow through. Dropoff was very easy and efficient. Rep was walking out with my information as I walked into the store. Knew who I was and got me checked out quickly. Still the easiest place to get a Uhaul in Athens.”
