They provide sound financial advice and assist with opening new accounts, applying for loans, and solving problems smoothly. The process is quick, and follow-up response times are also quick. Banking options include personal or business accounts, with specific mention of completely free student checking and savings accounts. While one savings interest rate was noted as low, the mobile app is very easy to use for locking cards and transferring money. Customers feel very thankful and very satisfied, definitely recommending the bank for its convenient access at branches, online, and through its app.
