Pleasant experience at the store today. Pher was so nice and welcoming. I was having a pretty bad day and he was so kind and patient. I was indecisive about the shoes I wanted and he helped me make an informed decision. He is definitely an asset to your team.

The Cumberland location literally never seems to have a single employee on the floor. If you're company is that pressed for payroll at least put a bell out so the customer can ring for help....
