βI asked for an envelope and had to wait in a line of like 4 customers ahead of me with one teller when I visited. So I decided to leave instead of waiting. Other than that, I felt very secure in the bank, there's ample security and space to do your banking at the ATM inside, outside, or thru the drive thru. I'm always a bit cautious visiting though but have not had a negative experience at this bank. I would try to visit during non peak times as a consideration.β
βI had the best experience at fifth third! Lay helped me open an account and was efficient and very people oriented. The process was fast and she was so accommodating and amazing personality. Lay was also extremely knowledgeable.

βCarla was wonderful! She set up my checking account, was able to cash and deposit a check that had some verifying issues. And set me up for a bonus when I set up my direct deposit! She was polite, efficient and informed. I will be coming back to do more banking with Carla.β
βI have visited this branch several times over the past year. I make deposits for a non-profit which uses this bank, and it's the closest branch to me. I like that they are open on Saturday so I don't have to miss work to use their services. I've never had any problem, and the customer service has been good.β
βWhen I was in Altanta I shopped up here. Police always arresting us because of public drinking. And I was like we can buy it here. But can't sit and enjoy it. Hell we homeless. You go home at night, leave us alone BallHead! Damn Man! Anyway. I had a good time despite my choice at the time. Google Search me as Koolboislim. I love Atlanta and my home Savannah. βI like this branch, but it seems as though "SunTrust" does not care about this branch...this little branch in the black, Greenbriar neighborhood. It needs to be upgraded. This branch is truly neglected...it's sad.β

βI usually donβt write reviews but really wanted to review my experience.I recently moved to the area and stopped by this location to get cash so I could pay my rent. I tried to withdrawal money from atm but was having issues. Michelle was very helpful. She was very understanding. She wasnβt dismissive and worked to get the issue revoked in a timely manner. I definitely recommend coming here for any of your financial needs. 10/10 customer service.β
