“Bought my vehicle from Nalley years ago, been using their service department ever since. My current go to guy in service is Malian Bah, he is exceptional. Been working with him for years, he is thorough, professional, and always looking out for me, which I appreciate. They get me in and out in a timely manner, as I usually wait at the dealership. The dealership is always clean, very spacious waiting area with snacks and entertainment. I have had no problems with anyone at Nalley Infiniti, all are friendly and courteous, I highly recommend them for your vehicle needs.”
“I called around for several quotes and these guys were great. They had the lowest price, and quickest availability. I just had a hard time understanding the phone calls that I received to confirm pricing and timing of the driver. I assume they outsource their phone services because the 2 inbound calls I received were just from “the locksmith company” and they had no idea what I was saying when I mentioned Minute Key, in Orem, Utah. lol”

“Mixed review. I love their products. I've used them on several vehicles. My current F150 has their XB Headlights, Tail lights, Fogs, Interior lights, Side Marker lights and considering their 3rd Brake light. All amazing products. However, my most recent purchase of the XB tails left a bad taste. I tried to take advantage of their trade in program to offset the cost. Their site was offering $240 for my factory LED tails. After they received them, I was sent and email stating they rejected them as they don't take LEDs as a trade, only the halogen versions. Even though it was obviously an option when I submitted the form. I've been trying to get a response from them to send me back my originals or give some kind of credit back even if a store credit to help make this right and I'm getting no help. This is unfortunate as they really do offer great products. Just be cautious if using their trade in program and the customer service side has really failed my expectations.
Edit: I have been contacted and they have gone above and beyond my expectations to correct this issue. I'm very happy this worked out as previously stated their products are the best. I'm beyond happy. A++ on the response and taking ownership. Thank you!!!!!”

Only issue I had was one of the parts was mislabeled online, Edward took care of everything and got me the right part ordered quickly. He was even able to order a part that was not available online anywhere. I reached out to him and he was able to get it ordered. This is great option for getting brand new OEM parts without paying ridiculous markup prices.”

“When I said Chris Floyd went well beyond to help me out of a bind, I am not over exaggerating! My battery in my car died on me on a Sunday evening when every car repair shop was closed. I happen to call that store location because it occurred over in the same area. Professional, courteous and helped me out of a real bind! I told him what occurred and he gave me his thoughts (in saying it sounded like the battery died). Due to the time of the day it was and me not wanting to leave my car and having no where to have it towed, he offered to bring over the battery I ordered from the store he is at once the store closed. Not only did he bring it, but he removed old one and replaced the new one for me. The negative side of the battery was corroded and is a while to detach terminal from old battery (he did most of the work). To run across an employee there who understood my predicament with it being Sunday evening and going out of his way—- well speaks volumes of his character and what a valuable employee he must be for AutoZone!”
“I had a wonderful experience at RBM of Atlanta. My initial interaction was an extensive test drive of 3 models that I was interested in. Jason Friedman was my Sales Associate and he was extremely thorough and patient with me during my test drives. He explained all of the differences in the vehicles on my wishlist, and specific lease terms that would work well with my lifestyle. Fast forward about 2 weeks, Jason and I reconnected because he had an amazing deal for me on a vehicle on my list. I scheduled a test drive of this specific car, and was able to get it within my budget. Jason worked with Se Kim in financing to get all of my paperwork in order. Se was well versed, extremely professional, and highly knowledgeable. He was able to get my financing wrapped up in an hour. While waiting on financing, Mariana helped me set up my Mercedes app, and get all of my car settings aligned. Once my vehicle detail was done, Jason & Mariana both helped me with in-car settings and an overview of the car. Because I drove my own car to the dealership, and we wrapped up after hours, Jason offered to have someone drive my current vehicle to my home the next day. The entire team went above and beyond to make my buying experience perfect. Everyone was great to work with, and I happily recommend everyone I came in contact with.”
“Just had a tow hitch installed on my 2004 Camry. It is well-installed including lighting interface of course. I did make an appointment and it took just under two hours exactly as they promised. Bob at the Hitch House showed me the results of all the lighting interface will do. Holly runs the desk there and she is great. I’m a happy camper; five stars from me for the Hitch House in Atlanta.”
