As I was standing in line not one customer argued or fussed as a matter of fact he had the store laughing from his jokes. “I want to give a huge thank you to Taha and Bekita for the excellent customer service they provided, especially during the last 30 minutes before closing. They went above and beyond to make sure Mestre Fran and I were taken care of.
We were having battery issues with our SUV, and Taha was extremely helpful in getting the battery changed and making sure everything was taken care of properly. Bekita was also incredibly helpful when we ran into an issue redeeming our promotion. She took the time to help us work through it and made sure we were able to use our coupon.
From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, both of them were friendly, patient, professional, and genuinely willing to help. Even though it was so close to closing time, they never made us feel rushed or like we were a burden.
Taha and Bekita are a great example of what excellent customer service should look like. They turned what could have been a stressful situation into a great experience. I truly appreciate both of them and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for great service!”

On Friday, May 29th, I stopped by the store needing brakes and rotors. To be completely honest, I walked in expecting the same lackluster customer service I've experienced in the past. Instead, Matthew completely changed my perspective.
From the moment I asked about brakes and rotors, he took the time to explain my options in detail, answer my questions, and make recommendations that helped me make an informed decision. What impressed me most was how quickly he moved. Anyone who has waited on parts to be pulled knows that process can sometimes take a while, but Matthew was incredibly fast and efficient.

“If only Yelp had 6 stars to rate this awesome Subaru Service and Repair shop. I have only had a couple of minor needs so far on my Subaru but feel so lucky to have Six Star available to take care of them. The time frame is amazingly fast from making the appointment to getting in and out. Even obscure parts like sun visor replacement was done from online appt booking to finished in less than a week. They estimated an hour. I added oil change. Still an hour. They added a necessary belt. And, still, I was in and out in one hour! There were plenty of other cars waiting to be serviced, so they really keep your appointment time, regardless. Happy to recommend this jewel of a shop, right across from Dekalb Farmers Market.”

“I just had a great experience at this Auto Zone with Benjamin, who helped me understand a mistake I’d made in attempting to reinstall a headlight bulb. It was a silly oversight, but he was completely non judgmental and pitched in without hesitation.
And every time we’ve had an issue with our car, I’ve been able to stop into this store and get the part we needed; there’s always someone on the floor willing to lend advice.
Always happy to recommend this location, but especially after the help I received today.”
