“As soon as I dropped my vehicle off. I received updates on my car . The people that was in the front office was very nice they assisted me as soon as I walked in . My car needed the front bumper replaced and I got updates from the time I dropped my vehicle off .Which I thought was really cool . I got my update saying my car was ready within a week or so . They also have a car service if you need to get a rental . Which was very awesome! . When I got my car a lady name Ray assisted me . she was very nice and sweet ,very professional I checked out the repairs , I was stunned at how beautiful my car looks they even gave me a vacuum . “I am not a car person but I can handle the basics. Each time I have needed parts (wipers, filters, batteries, fuses, etc.) I want to go to O'Reily's because I get consistantly good service. Today was no exception. I ordered a battery for my Subaru Outback because it was not in stock at the local store and I got a good discount by ordering on line. When it arrived, the box was torn and the battery had been damaged in transit. The positive terminal was bent. I took it to the store and Adrian at the counter checked it out and ordered one for the next day. He told me to come back when he was on duty. I arrived and Adrian took care of the exchange of batteries, took out my old battery (which not holding a charge well), installed the new battery and refunded the core price deposit. He was very polite and helpful. That is the way I have had service with all the personnel at my O'Reilys store. I decided to buy a set of wipers. Adrian helped select them and installed them. I know I can figure how to install these things, but it is nice to have that little service. People like Adrian keep me coming back to O'Reilys on Lawrenceville Hwy.”

“If only Yelp had 6 stars to rate this awesome Subaru Service and Repair shop. I have only had a couple of minor needs so far on my Subaru but feel so lucky to have Six Star available to take care of them. The time frame is amazingly fast from making the appointment to getting in and out. Even obscure parts like sun visor replacement was done from online appt booking to finished in less than a week. They estimated an hour. I added oil change. Still an hour. They added a necessary belt. And, still, I was in and out in one hour! There were plenty of other cars waiting to be serviced, so they really keep your appointment time, regardless. Happy to recommend this jewel of a shop, right across from Dekalb Farmers Market.”

“I ordered my item online, receive my confirmation email which stated payment recieved, order being processed and wait to be contacted with next step. I was supposed to be able to pickup the item in one hour. After 2 hours had passed I called the store and spoke the Ms Linda a very nice and helpful sale clerk. After searching and polling me for details concerning my order she was locate the item and told me that I could come on in to pick it up. Ms Linda was thought enough to let me know that the store hours changed and they would closing at 8 PM. Upon arrival Ms Linda had my item pulled and setting the counter waiting.
