Did all the work to get my insurance coverage sorted out and was able to get picked up by the rental company and drop my rental off at their place, eliminating the hassle.

On 2/21 right before closing Assistant Manager Mr. Anothy Macintosh, went above and beyond. I always order my parts at auto zone and normally come to this store but I had a better deal at Napa for my battery. They didn't offer to install without pay. I must of been in the car with my 2 kids (5yr old & 6yr old) for about 3 hours driving around to any auto store and was declined by 5 in the area. Not by Mr. Macintosh. I know it's not store protocol but at this point my kids were hungry, I was frustratedand, tired, and he turned the tears and frown to a smile and a sigh of relief. He didn't have to install my battery but he did and first and foremost did it for my kids. Had no choice but to give him a hug and hand shake. Not one person from the other locations would help, Mr. Macintosh did this out of heart. He always has great customer service any time I come by. Thanks again for assisting me and my babies in a time of need and for going above and beyond.”

He took the time to help me install the light despite the challenges he faced. I truly have never had a customer service experience like this before. He made my week and made the experience less daunting, because my knowledge of cars is very slim. If you visit this location, ask for Kevin you definitely won’t be disappointed, and you will definitely get a laugh in while you're there.”

“If only Yelp had 6 stars to rate this awesome Subaru Service and Repair shop. I have only had a couple of minor needs so far on my Subaru but feel so lucky to have Six Star available to take care of them. The time frame is amazingly fast from making the appointment to getting in and out. Even obscure parts like sun visor replacement was done from online appt booking to finished in less than a week. They estimated an hour. I added oil change. Still an hour. They added a necessary belt. And, still, I was in and out in one hour! There were plenty of other cars waiting to be serviced, so they really keep your appointment time, regardless. Happy to recommend this jewel of a shop, right across from Dekalb Farmers Market.”
