Best Buy is a great store with a prime location and nice employees. The selection may be slim at times, but the staff is generally helpful in assisting customers with their needs. Employees like Gary Grant and Bradley have provided excellent support and service, taking the time to listen and provide expert advice. One customer even had a fantastic shopping experience with Josh, a tech-savvy employee who offered knowledgeable guidance. While there have been a few instances of unhelpful staff, the overall experience at Best Buy seems to be positive, with a clean and nice atmosphere for shopping.
Reed went above and beyond helping us find a tv from the stock room that was buried back there and carried it all the way to the front. He had amazing work ethic.

I got a new laptop and some other things. Brad was extremely helpful. Even though they seemed short-staffed, he did a good job managing multiple transactions at once. He also explained the best way to go about everything to get AppleCare.
