Best Buy is a great store with a prime location and nice employees. The selection may be slim at times, but the staff is generally helpful in assisting customers with their needs. Employees like Gary Grant and Bradley have provided excellent support and service, taking the time to listen and provide expert advice. One customer even had a fantastic shopping experience with Josh, a tech-savvy employee who offered knowledgeable guidance. While there have been a few instances of unhelpful staff, the overall experience at Best Buy seems to be positive, with a clean and nice atmosphere for shopping.
Arion had great customer service helped me with the headphones was very knowledgeable and supportive. Can’t ask for anyone better to help the people! Kai was very helpful for item pickups for the back made things very simple and quick very much appreciated the top level service

Kind staff, helpful and ready to separate you from your money. It's hard for me not to see the big box store as a showroom for Amazon. But I'm glad they're here
