They were great though and the staff was very knowledgeable about each wine. The shop was a great space as well. We ended up purchasing a cook book after we finished browsing and drinking wine. I loved how quaint the shop was.”

I needed a fit last minute and Allison (don’t know how to spell her name) had the mannequins styled so AMAZING!! I walked straight in and was able to shop everything off of the mannequin. It took all of five minutes. Usually in stores I cannot stand the way they dress the mannequins lol. Allison was soooo helpful and so was Brandon!!!
They were about to close and STILL had the most amazing attitudes and energy which is rare!!

“I was looking for a pair of jeans. It's been over 2 decades since I've purchased a pair! After dropping 40 pounds, I was ready to finally look. As a curvy woman, I had so many questions. A vibrant, young, woman named Crystal helped me. She was extremely warm, fun, kind, & immediately put me at ease. She talked to me about the different styles, mid-rise, high-rise, shared what she prefers, etc...Crystal was incredibly helpful. I ended up purchasing a pair with her help.
I hope to see her again down the road because I'm feeling confident that I'm going to love my new pair of jeans & will likely want to buy another pair or 2! Even though prices everywhere are high, Old Navy has managed to keep their prices within reason. I'm thankful for that too.

I visited Old Navy yesterday, and I have to give a huge shout-out to Bailey Rich, the sales associate who assisted me. My transaction could easily have been frustrating for both a new employee and a customer — I needed to complete a return, place an online order, and do some price matching, all while at the register.
Even though I could tell Bailey was a newer employee, she handled everything with incredible patience, intelligence, and professionalism. She stayed calm, communicated clearly, and made sure every detail of my transaction was handled correctly. She didn’t make things complicated — instead, she found practical solutions and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
I also want to mention how much I appreciated her kindness and understanding. I sometimes get social anxiety, especially when there’s a long line and I feel like I’m holding people up. But Bailey never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable. She reassured me and made sure all of my questions were answered before finishing the transaction.
Because of Bailey, my daughter and I left Old Navy feeling truly cared for. She turned what could have been a stressful situation into a positive, enjoyable experience. Kudos to Bailey for being such an amazing employee and representing Old Navy so well!”
“It looks like their is a whole new group in this Rainbow. Everyone greeted us upon walking in the store. Shelly told us all about the sales throughout the entire store. She really knows her stuff. She introduced us to the other staff which had never been done before. Shelly is superb at her job. The store was so clean and the vibe was on point. Belinda on the other hand, was super rude to the associates & seemed a little dingy. The store would be perfect if it weren't for the dirty bathrooms & Belinda. GET HER GONE!!!!!!”
“I had a great experience shopping and was welcomed with a warm greeting even though they were busy. I wish I had remembered the fitting room attendance name but he was awesome and had already gone ahead and took the time to look online for the items he suggested and gave me a visual. He even went above and beyond asking what my favorite colors were and showing me more than one option. They had plenty of cashiers and the energy was uplifting and positive you can tell the team works well together throughout the whole customer experience from the door to the receipt.”

Assistance = not pointing in the direction yet escorting you to desired needs by offering input & such.I can't say enough of the constant sales & uber coupons that come just frequently enough & without your email account being inundated by marketing emails.I like the price reduction charts that are located next to the displays of discounted items. This makes it easier to calculate the sales price. Even the items that are not on sale still have an affordable price point.Located next door is their sister store - OsKosh (you can access it internally) for bigger kids, yet similar styles & prices. Both sides of the store are in a tidy fashion allowing you to easily shop around.We all could use a friendly smile & positive vibrations - & here you will get both while shopping for the little ones.”

“Easy to bring clothes in and the process is straight forward. After you have an account with them, you can get in and out quickly. They take gently used boys and girls clothes, shoes, and purses. You can find nice brands and the staff are friendly and helpful. They start taking spring/summer items January 1st. They do not take fall/winter items after January 1st.”

“Abercrombie is nice! They have all types of men's and women's clothing. If you go to the kid section in the back, they have large clearance racks, and I bought some discounted merchandise for my kids. A long sleeve T-shirt was only $8, and a sweatshirt was $15. These are great deals for a high-end company. My only complaint is the clueless staff. The line moved fairly slowly, but it was worth it for the great deals.”

Please find there's a wonderful worker Ms.Powell/Hinton that goes beyond the call of duty and greets all customers with a beautiful burst of welcoming energy and kindness you never find in other stores in coming in contact with employees. She is extremely helpful and informative and shows genuine concern in wanting to assist you. Even when customers are rude she continues to carry on in a polite and professional manner. Rainbow Shop is lucky to have her and l hope they hire more in the likes of her but in the meantime promote and award with a raise!”
