More often than not, I've had a bad experience when dealing with them over the phone. They're rude and unpleasant. The other day I spoke to a representative named Shakima. I think I've dealt with her before and had a similar bad interaction.

I was just on the phone with someone and all I heard was their tv. They never said anything! I am livid! I have a heart condition and need my prescription refilled! GET IT TOGETHER CVS!!!!
